How long does it take to get a refund?

We work really hard in processing returns. On average it can take around 10-15 business days to process the returns and issue a refund. If it is over this time, and you think the refund has been missed in error, please reach out to us at customercare

Why is my refund showing less than I paid?

If you ordered an item on sale or used a discount or voucher code, you will only be refunded for the amount you paid. Discount codes are not refundable. We do not refund for the original shipping cost (if the order was under $50).
