How long does it take to get a refund?Updated 2 years ago

We work really hard in processing returns. On average it can take around 10-15 business days to process the returns and issue a refund. If it is over this time, and you think the refund has been missed in error, please reach out to us at [email protected]  

Once the refund has been issued you will receive an email confirmation. It can take a further 5 business days for it to show up on your statement. This time is dependent on your independent bank / card.
