How do I return or exchange my items?Updated 2 years ago

If you are not 100% happy with your items, we have a no fuss returns policy. Visit our returns center (click here) and follow the instructions. To return or exchange an item you are going to need to know your Customer Order number # (SHPF) and the shipping zip code you used in placing the order. Just let us know the reason for returning the item(s) and download a return label, print and send it back to us. Easy, and all free!
