Can I make a change to my order?Updated 2 years ago

We aim to process orders as fast as we can. Once they are in our processing system, it is very difficult to change. If you’ve noticed the mistake, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do everything we can to amend the order. If we cannot make the change, we can offer you to cancel it* (only applicable if we haven’t packed the order). We do offer FREE returns, so should you make a mistake, you can always return the wrongly ordered item and replace the order. If you have any questions, we are here to assist.
