I put the wrong address and now it’s shipped, what happens next?Updated 2 years ago

Once the order has been shipped we are unable to make any changes. We would expect in these situations to have the package refused, and returned to sender. Once it arrives back at our facility we can reach out to you for the correct address to reship to you. Alternatively we can issue a full refund, once the package is back with us.
